CSU's client facility information may include Protected Health Information (PHI) and Individually Identifiable Health Information (IIHI) for the residents and clients you serve. This information may be collected from you for the purpose of providing data entry, data conversion, data import/export, software enhancements, software testing, support and training services.

CSU maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to secure client information from unauthorized access.

CSU has pledged to hold your information in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any third parties or to use this information for any commercial purpose except as set forth in our Customer Agreement.
